INGREDIENTS
- 250ml semi skimmed milk
- 100g pumpkin (chopped and boiled)
- 1 small banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 servings (26g) Formula 1 Vanilla Cream
- 4 ice cubes
METHOD
- Slice the banana
- Add all the ingredients into the blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve straight away (the shake tastes best when it's cold!)
